Prime Minister Hun Sen’s five-day visit to Russia, which began yesterday, is expected to cement an array of investment agreements between the two countries that were first proposed last March, according to Srey Thamarong, the minister attached to the prime minister’s delegation.
The agreements aim to promote trade and investment up to 2020. Trade volume between Russia and Cambodia fell by 16 per cent in 2015, totalling $110.7 million, according to Russian media.
