Plan International Cambodia is looking for qualified candidates/consultants for the positions/projects below.   S/he will work in coordination with other members of the Human Resource Department, the HRIS and Compensation and Benefits Officer is responsible for the management of the HRIS for Plan International Cambodia. S/he will also prepare monthly payroll and support the preparation, monitoring and reporting of the HR budget.   S/he is responsible for the monitoring and coordination of projects in the assigned sector. S/he works with others including local Non-Government Organization (NGO) partners, Community Based Organization (CBOs) and government partners to ensure project quality, technical soundness and alignment with Plan International Cambodia’s strategies, approaches, policies and procedures.   S/he is responsible for the monitoring and coordination of projects in the Girl Lead program.
