Plan International Cambodia is looking for qualified candidates/consultants for the positions/projects below.  
Human Resource Information System and Compensation and Benefits Officer (HRIS and Compensation and Benefits Officer) (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Phnom Penh)
S/he will work in coordination with other members of the Human Resource Department, the HRIS and Compensation and Benefits Officer is responsible for the management of the HRIS for Plan International Cambodia. S/he will also prepare monthly payroll and support the preparation, monitoring and reporting of the HR budget.  
Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Program Officer (WASH Program Officer) (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Stung Treng)
S/he is responsible for the monitoring and coordination of projects in the assigned sector. S/he works with others including local Non-Government Organization (NGO) partners, Community Based Organization (CBOs) and government partners to ensure project quality, technical soundness and alignment with Plan International Cambodia’s strategies, approaches, policies and procedures.  
Girl Lead Program Officer (GLPO) (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Program Unit (Siem Reap or Stung Treng or Ratanakiri)
S/he is responsible for the monitoring and coordination of projects in the Girl Lead program. S/he works with others including local non-government organization (NGO) partners, Community Based Organization (CBOs) and government partners to ensure project quality, technical soundness and alignment with Plan International Cambodia’s strategies, approaches, policies and procedures.  
Consultancy for Contextualizing Manual on Champions for Cambodia (Consultant)
The overall objective of consultancy is to get all 10 ‘Champions of Change’ modules, facilitator’s manuals, and learning materials contextualized into Cambodian context for both Khmer and Indigenous communities, tested, finalized and translated into Khmer language.  
Consultancy for Final Evaluation “Reducing Child Poverty through the Promotion of Children’s Active Citizenship” (Consultant)
The purposes of final evaluation are following: • To assess the outcome and impact of the project objectives and indicators compared with baseline study and evaluation criteria (i.e., Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Impact and Sustainability) including cross cutting mainstreaming such as gender equality, inclusion, child participation, civil society strengthening; • To conduct assessment for the objective 1 of the project specifically on the functionality of child friendly police and community legal counsellors procedure contributing to child protection system framework; • To document good practice of child participation and civil society strengthening at national level (Project objective 3 and 4) to influence to regional and national Government and mechanisms. • To provide practical recommendations for follow-up action for Plan International and partners and key relevant ideas for future project.  
Consultancy for Project Evaluation of “Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health” (Consultant)
