There won’t be any snow in Cambodia for Christmas, but Phnom Penh’s Tuol Kork district got some icy road conditions early yesterday when a truck carrying the frozen cargo ploughed into a median and spilled its cargo on the street.

Witnesses say the driver was snoozing behind the wheel when he swerved into the barrier and dumped the slush in the street before fleeing. Officers arrived on the scene and took the lorry to the impound lot.
