Recreational drug users at a guesthouse in Phnom Penh’s Tuol Kork district were living the high life until last week, with meth deliveries to the door and an owner who allegedly tried to block police raids on three occasions.

But drug cops broke up a private party there on Friday, barging into the guesthouse and finding a group of young men using their room as a temporary meth den.
