Two men are being treated for injuries after a speeding taxi crashed into the motorbike they rode, before the driver fled the scene in the capital’s Daun Penh district on Tuesday night.

Witnesses told police that the taxi sped up behind the motorbike, which was travelling in the same direction, and hit it, knocking the two men off the bike.

The taxi driver stopped his car shortly after the accident, only to run from the scene on foot. The taxi is at the police station and authorities are looking for the driver. KOH SANTEPHEAP
