Luck ran out for six alleged drug traffickers in Kandal province on Monday, when police seized drugs, motorbikes, a phone, cash and samurai swords.
Authorities had been investigating the group, who allegedly trafficked drugs in Kandal and Phnom Penh, police said.
Until this week, investigators were unable to find enough evidence to make any arrests. But raids of five different locations in the capital and Kandal uncovered 11 packs of methamphetamine, police said. All were sent to Kandal Provincial Court. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
