A man was arrested after midnight yesterday in Phnom Penh’s Sen Sok district after he allegedly tried to sneak into someone’s house to, you know, steal some nice stuff, police said.

During the alleged break-in, the homeowners came back, as homeowners are wont to do when they are out, and noticed the man.

Their shouts brought the neighbours into the picture, who detained the man until police came to arrest him. He was taken to the police station for questioning. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
