A Kandal province man must have been in desperate need of phone credit on Wednesday when he stole a friend’s mobile and attacked another with a machete when he tried to retrieve it.

The suspect, 25, was at a friend’s Khsach Kandal district house when he allegedly stole his phone. When another friend came to his home to take it back, the thief chased him with a machete. The suspect was arrested. NOKORWAT
