A suspected drug dealer had a Christmas Eve comeuppance when he was found with four bags of meth in Kampong Speu’s Phnom Stouch district – seven months after a judge ordered his arrest.

Police in the province went on to make it nine bags a-hauling when they nabbed another man with five packets of the drug in Udong district.
