One of three alleged motorbike thieves in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district escaped arrest, while his two partners in crime were apprehended on Wednesday.
According to military police, the trio were seen stealing the motorbike. When authorities got the call, police saw the men fitting the description and tried to pull them over.
The alleged thieves reached a narrow street, where one took off running. Police arrested a 20-year-old man and a 23-year-old man and confiscated the bike.
