After having a few drinks with his co-workers, the labourer left his Meanchey district worksite on Wednesday but got into a fender bender with a group of riders along the way.

In retaliation, they shoved him to the ground and drove off with his moped. The heavy-hearted handyman headed to police headquarters to report the heist.
