Four suspected members of a gang behind a slew of nightly street robberies in Phnom Penh’s Chamkarmon district failed to slip away from police on two separate occasions this week.

On Sunday night, police arrested three men, aged 18 to 20, after they snatched a woman’s handbag, police said.
