A businessman who allegedly pulled a fast one on his partner was charged in court yesterday with breach of trust.

The 58-year-old established a “fast boat” company in Kampong Chhnang province with a Vietnamese partner, but slyly sold all 65 boats on the side and kept the money for himself.

The alleged victim is asking for the more than $100,000 that he spent on the business to be paid back. PHNOM PENH POST
