More moto madness ensued when Phnom Penh police spotted a 20-year-old man enjoying a tour of the capital on a recently stolen bike and arrested him on Sunday.
The day before, the man had allegedly stolen the motorbike off a 40-year-old street seller while she wasn’t looking.
The suspect confessed to the crime and the bike was returned to its rightful owner. KOH SANTEPHEAP
