Two young visitors are thanking swift Cambodian justice after a bag was snatched but promptly recovered by cops in the capital’s Chamkarmon district on Saturday.

The 16- and 17-year-old foreigners were walking on the road when three men veered close and came away with a satchel.

Nearby officers swooped in and cornered the thieves. Two were arrested while their partner ran free.
