Four men were arrested for violently attempting to steal a man’s motorbike on Sunday in Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet district.
The suspects, aged from 25 to 35, ambushed their victim, 24, on their motorbikes as he was leaving a bar to go home.
The men threatened their victim with handguns and beat him up, but nearby police saw the incident and arrested them all. KOH SANTEPHEAP
