A capital thief was given a taste of a Phnom Penh mob’s fury after he allegedly stabbed a shopkeeper during a robbery in Prampi Makara on Wednesday.
Police said the man entered the shop, threatening the owner with a knife. When the owner called for help, the suspect stabbed him and fled, but not faster than a posse of neighbours who gave him a serious beating.
Police intervened, the victim was sent to hospital, and the suspect was sent to court. KOH SANTEPHEAP
