The Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) signed two agreements yesterday with the German government to receive developmental assistance valued at $45.5 million, according to a press release.
The German government will provide $18.6 million to support technical cooperation with the CDC, and $24 million worth of financial contributions, the statement said.
