Hattha Kaksekar Limited, the second largest microfinance institution in Cambodia, on September 7 announced its successful transformation into a commercial bank. With immediate effect, the financial institution will now be called Hattha Bank Plc. In a grand ceremony held at a leading hotel in the capital, the management also unveiled the bank’s new logo.
