The Almond Hospitality Group is to inaugurate its fourth ‘Phnom Penh Uy Kuyteav’ – Phnom Penh Noodles – restaurant in the capital later this year.
Named after the signature noodle dish, the chain’s new franchised addition aims to further promote the Cambodian classic to foodies.
