  Pact implements the 5-year WE Act Project, funded by USAID. WE Act focuses on empowering young women entrepreneurs in urban centers to access the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to realize their full potential as entrepreneurs and leaders in their communities. The overall goal of the project is to see young women improve their socio-economic status.   Pact Cambodia is part of the Pact development INGO founded in 1979 and works in 40 countries. At the heart of Pact is the promise of a better tomorrow.
