Plan International Cambodia is looking for qualified candidates for the positions as below: S/he will monitor and coordinate projects for the assigned sectoral area by working with Program Officers based in the Program Units (PUs), local NGO partners, Community Based organizations (CBOs) and government partners to ensure effective project cycle management in line with the Program and Influence approach and donor reporting requirements and to ensure that all project activities and outputs are delivered and achieved within the specified timeframe and in accordance with the approved budget and work plan. S/he will review and monitor all partner’s budgets, expenditures, reports for Plan International Cambodia to ensure accuracy and consistency in accordance with Plan International Cambodia financial policy/procedures and donors requirements. S/he liaises with project staff on issues related to partner management and conducts partner financial assessments and quarterly financial reviews. S/he will assists the Country Accountant in providing financial and accounting services to the staff of Plan International Cambodia at Country Office and to ensure timely and reliable financial services in accordance with the Operation Manual and other approved policies and procedures. Child Sponsorship is Plan International’s main source of country support and income for delivering programs.
