Plan International Cambodia started its operations in Cambodia in 2002 and is committed to improving the lives of poor children, their families and communities. Plan International Cambodia is looking for qualified candidates for the positions as below:
Program Support Officer for WASH and Nutrition (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Ratanak Kiri)
S/he will monitor and coordinate projects for the assigned sectoral area by working with Program Officers based in the Program Units (PUs), local NGO partners, Community Based organizations (CBOs) and government partners to ensure effective project cycle management in line with the Program and Influence approach and donor reporting requirements and to ensure that all project activities and outputs are delivered and achieved within the specified timeframe and in accordance with the approved budget and work plan.
Partner Finance Officer (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Ratanakiri)
S/he will review and monitor all partner’s budgets, expenditures, reports for Plan International Cambodia to ensure accuracy and consistency in accordance with Plan International Cambodia financial policy/procedures and donors requirements. S/he liaises with project staff on issues related to partner management and conducts partner financial assessments and quarterly financial reviews.
Finance Officer (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Phnom Penh)
S/he will assists the Country Accountant in providing financial and accounting services to the staff of Plan International Cambodia at Country Office and to ensure timely and reliable financial services in accordance with the Operation Manual and other approved policies and procedures.
Sponsorship Secretary (This position is fixed-term contract, based in Stung Treng)
Child Sponsorship is Plan International’s main source of country support and income for delivering programs. Working in a Program Unit (PU) and with 18 National Offices (NOs), the Sponsorship Secretary supports, implements and maintains global sponsorship processes and policies and administers 3,000 sponsors and sponsored children, ensuring performance in sponsorship against KPIs and identifying/promoting best practice.   Please follow this link https://app.box.com/s/bxdtfq0kg1yr6dqyniz2b4cozutaleg6 to download detailed Job Descriptions.
