  The UN Secretary-General’s bold new global reform, repositioning the UN Development System to deliver on the 2030 Agenda for dignity, prosperity and peace on a healthy planet, was launched on 1 January 2019. As part of this process, the United Nations Resident Coordinator’s Office in Cambodia is seeking qualified and experienced candidate for the position below:   Programme Communications and Advocacy Officer (Contract Type: Fixed Term Appointment, Grade: NO-B)   Summary of Key Functions: • Contribute to strategy advocacy and programme communications in support of the UN Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) • Assist in partnership building and media relations • Provide substantive support for digital communications • Support publications and branding management   This position is part of a new generation of strengthened UN Resident Coordinator Offices under the leadership of the UN Resident Coordinator, the highest-ranking representative of the United Nations Development System and the Secretary-General at country level.
