Just pick a location where you won’t disturb anyone. Could be behind your house or your school campus. Try volleyball, that is all about, running, jumping, throwing and punching, which makes you sweat a lot. This helps you getting rid of the pollutants you might have all over your body. Can you swim?  If you cannot swim, please follow these crash-course steps for successful swimming – make sure you have a responsible good swimmer with you. First, safely enter shallow water. Move your arms through the water in strokes, get propulsion from your leg kicks for your body to float. Last but not least, a swimwear is always recommended in the water. Swimming everyday is easy and you can learn it!
