BALI (AP) - Indonesian Finance Minister Marie Muhammad said 7 Sept, the
15-nation Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Forum should not create a new
trade bloc.
"APEC should not be a new trade block and should not jeopardize...existing cooperation
in the region, like ASEAN."
