Father Phongrand "Jub" Phoktavi administers his first communion following his ordination in Battambang on Sunday. The priest, affectionately known as Jub, began volunteering in Cambodia in 1992 with the Catholic organisation Jesuit Cambodia, where he worked with disabled people and developed an interest in joining the priesthood.
