Cambodia International Airlines (CIA) announced on Jul. 26 that it will begin direct

flights to Hong Kong starting the third week in August. CIA says it will operate

three flights per week. The agreement is a function of a bilateral agreement between

Cambodia and Hong Kong which inlcudes the start-up of service by Dragonair on the

same route, scheduled to begin on Aug. 3.
