Another four people were diagnosed with COVID-19, raising the number of infected in the Kingdom to 107, while by 7am on Monday, two more patients have recovered and been sent home, said the Health Ministry in a statement.

The four latest victims include a Frenchman, 61, who arrived in Cambodia on March 22.

The others are all Cambodians and include a 30-year-old man working at casino in Banteay Meanchey province’s Poipet city; a 36-year-old man in Kampong Cham province who returned from Japan on March 28, and a 20-year-old female student in Phnom Penh, who returned from UK on March 28, it said.

The number of recovered patients increased to 23 including a Chinese man, two British women, a British man, a Frenchman and 18 Cambodians.

The 84 current victims include 27 women and 57 men. They are receiving treatment at state-run hospitals at national and sub-national levels.
