Motorcyclists File Lawsuit

SAN FRANCISCO(AP) - The Hell's Angel's motorcycle club has sued Marvel Comics,

claiming that a new comic book character called "Hell's Angel" violates

their trademark.

The lawsuit claims that Hell's Angels Motorcycle Corp. owns exclusive, federally

registered rights to the "Hell's Angel" name and insignia. The club incorporated

in Oakland, California, 22 years ago.
