Bag snatchers bagged in Boeung Keng Kang

A pair of Phnom Penh bag snatchers got a bit of rough justice in Boeung Keng Kang I commune on Saturday.

According to police, the dastardly duo was riding a moto when they spotted a foreigner with an unguarded bag.

Snatching the satchel and speeding away, they were quickly pursued by patrolling cops until they crashed their getaway ride.

Locals gathered and gave the suspects a quick roughing up before cops hauled them away to the district headquarters.
