Three Cintri rubbish collectors were approached by a man on Monday night, who had allegedly been yelling at people from afar earlier in the evening.
Upon querying the man, a worker was immediately struck to the left side of his head.
The man, who police suspect of being on drugs, went home and returned with a hammer, smashing the side mirror of the Cintri truck, while the rubbish men fled and got the cops. Unable to pay $400 in compensation, the man was taken away by Stung Meanchey police.
