A Chinese national cranked his drunk driving to 11 on Wednesday night – 11 street barricades that is.

Police said the man was driving a Lexus through the capital’s Prampi Makara district when he drunkenly rammed a barricade on Monivong Boulevard then proceeded to clobber 10 more.

The escape attempt that followed was less than impressive and ended with a whimper near O’Russey Market, where he was arrested pending compensation.

Police Blotter research staff are still determining if 11 is a new record.
