Observant officers averted tragedy when they spotted a disoriented woman and caught her before she fell from a bridge in Kandal’s Takmao district on Friday.

The police said the 30-year-old Chinese national appeared to be under the influence of drugs, and was unable to answer even their simplest questions, including her name.
