An ex-con living in Kandal’s Ang Snuol district was busted with four bags of meth on Saturday.

According to police, the serial criminal already had three stretches of prison time under his belt for a variety of offences, which suggests his criminal ineptitude may not have been limited to meth dealing.

The cops got wind that the man was selling drugs and so sent an undercover agent to tail him, later arresting him on the same day.
