A durian seller at a market in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district was arrested yesterday after allegedly attempting to stab a security guard.
Renowned for his skill at paring fruits, the 42-year-old became enraged when the security guard ordered him to clear the street to make way for passing vehicles.
He took his durian-cutting knife and attempted to stab the guard, but nearby police intervened before any harm was done.
