A hit-and-run accident ended in an all-too-rare arrest after police tracked down the offending vehicle on Monday night. Police said the incident, which saw a car collide at high speed with a man on a motorbike, occurred near Bayon TV’s station in Mondulkiri.

After the collision, the car’s driver sped home and parked as if nothing happened. But investigating police managed to piece the incident together via witnesses and ended up on the driver’s doorstep just hours later.
