Kampong Speu police sent an elderly motorcyclist to hospital after a collision with a herd of cattle crossing the street left him with head injuries.

Police said the man fainted following the crash yesterday which left his helmet broken.

A witness said the motorist was headed south through Samrong Tong district’s Tompoa Meas commune when the accident happened.

Reportedly no relatives came to the motorcyclist’s aid.
