It was raining reams in Phnom Penh on Monday as a truck overloaded with paper overturned and spilled its contents in Chamkarmon district.

Police say the lorry was filled past its maximum capacity with the white sheets when it took a corner near Doeum Thkov Market and flipped.

The breeze didn’t make matters any better, but when cops came to the scene they resolved to help the driver get his rig righted and back on the trail.
