Phnom Penh municipal authorities have ordered construction company Ly Brothers Limited to rebuild a 200m section of wall at the Boeung Trabek canal in Chamkarmon district’s Phsar Doeum Thkov commune after it was found to be tilting, causing safety and technical concerns.
