ABA Bank, the country's largest commercial bank1, officially inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Angkor Hospital for Children (AHC) to contribute $60,000 for three years to support the hospital's commitment to the health and well-being of Cambodian children.

The signing ceremony was held at ABA Bank's head office on August 16, with the esteemed presence of Dr. Ngoun Chanpheaktra, Director & CEO of Angkor Hospital for Children, Igor Zimarev, ABA Bank's Chief Marketing and CSR Officer, and the respective team members of both entities.

This partnership outlines a comprehensive three-year plan under which ABA Bank will provide financial assistance of $20,000 per annum to the AHC Endowment Fund. This support aims to ensure that the hospital has sufficient funding for the long term, enabling it to maintain and expand its high-quality healthcare services for children in the future.

This support can facilitate the expansion of medical treatments and services to a broader range of children across Cambodia, regardless of their socioeconomic background.

By supporting AHC, ABA not only contributes to the immediate healthcare needs of Cambodian children but also invests in the long-term sustainability of pediatric services in line with its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) framework.
