Lembunly Construction Co, Ltd held an investment briefing session for the Borey Pich Somnang project at its head office in TK Royal One in Phnom Penh on December 12 in the presence of top management and potential customers.
The $25 million Borey Pich Somnang project, in Boeung Kambor Village in Phnom Penh’s Khan Kamboul, officially launched on September 1, 2022.
At the event, Lembunly Construction CEO Pich Somnang gave a detailed presentation on the great potential of the project, which is sure to create significant interest among customers.
Lembunly Construction business manager Jong Min Pyo said: “With expansion work on National Road 42 set to begin, the Borey Pich Somnang project is located in a fast-growing, key business area.
“A modern borey complex, Borey Pich Somnang covers more than 2.84 hectares of land along National Road 42, with various types of contemporary house available.”
Five types of modern home are available at Borey Pich Somnang – the Small Villa with a starting price of $73,300, Flat House starting at $93,000, Shop House at $160,000, Queen Villa at $138,000, and King Villa at $370,000.
Amenities at Borey Pich Somang are to include a beautifully designed swimming pool, playground park and gym.
In addition, the Lembunly Construction management team is to enter into discussions on the opening of restaurants and stores inside the borey to further enhance homeowners' living.
To celebrate the launch of the new Borey Pich Somnang project, Lembunly Construction is pleased to offer a number of items of household equipment, such as kitchen appliances, kitchen hoods, air conditioning units and water heaters.
Lembunly Construction is also offering various types of payment conditions as well as special discounts.
“Construction is now underway on phase one, which will comprise show homes for each type of house available. The show homes will be completed in early February, with Lembunly Construction holding the Grand Opening ceremony in mid-February at the site to show them to customers.
“After the Grand Opening in February, main construction will begin, with this to be completed by July 31, 2024,” said Lembunly Construction CEO Pich Somnang.
After his presentation, Lembunly Construction business manager Jong Min Pyo informed the potential customers present of the benefits of investing in Borey Pich Somnang.
“With the expansion of National Road 42 by the government and the progress of the boreys being built nearby, there is the possibility of prices at Borey Pich Somnang rising by at least 20-30 per cent in a few years due to its favourable location.
“And it is not only borey construction companies looking to invest at this location, many shopping mart developers are currently also showing interest in a nearby 60-hectare site,” he said.
Borey Pich Samnang is the first project to be undertaken by Lembunly Construction, with its vision to contribute to Cambodia’s economic development by constructing buildings to the highest South Korean standards.
