The 9th PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards, supported by CBRE Cambodia, has celebrated the elite range of companies representing the finest real estate in the Kingdom.  

The winners received prestigious golden statuettes during the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards International Luncheon held at The Athenee Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.

Among the standout achievers, OCIC Group received the inaugural Sustainable Design Award for the project Connexion, showcasing the company’s commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). The company was also awarded Best Township Development for Koh Pich City.

In the Design categories, V.I Land Investment won Best Housing Architectural Design (Greater Phnom Penh) for Vong Residence while LP Residences won Best Housing Interior Design for Palm Springs.

Palm Springs by LP Residences successfully represented Cambodia at the 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, also held today in Bangkok, where it clinched the Best Suburban Housing/Landed Interior Design (Asia) award.

The fairness, transparency, and integrity of the selection process were supervised by Paul Ashburn, co-managing partner of HLB Thailand, with the assistance of Kosla Hin and Chanthorng Kit of HLB Cambodia. The official supervisor was part of the “2024 Network of the Year” winner HLB International, the global network of independent professional accounting firms and business advisers.

In the Design Awards, Vong Residence by V.I Land Investment Co Ltd won Best Housing Architectural Design (Greater Phnom Penh), while Palm Springs by LP Residences Co Ltd received a Highly Commended mention. Palm Springs also won Best Housing Interior Design.
