With the opening of its first ever branch in Battambang province, Wing Bank is further expanding its banking network in Cambodia.

Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc has officially launched its newest branch in Battambang to bring its modern banking products and services to the northwestern province for the convenience of the community.

The ceremony was held in the presence of HE Rath Sovannorak, Assistant Governor and Director General of Banking Supervision of the National Bank of Cambodia, HE Moul Thon, Battambang Deputy Provincial Governor, Neak Oknha Kith Meng, Chairman of Wing Bank and CEO of the Royal Group of Companies, and other esteemed dignitaries.

Sovannorak and Thon both congratulated Wing Bank on the launch of the new branch, which will provide Battambang residents with a full suite of banking options with fast, secure and convenient service.

“As one of the largest cities in Cambodia, Battambang has always been a priority for our geographical expansion, and I am delighted that we have opened a branch here.
“The opening of the branch in Battambang reflects the vigorous efforts and strong commitment of Wing Bank to bring the best banking services and contribute to the growth of our communities,” said Han Peng Kwang, CEO of Wing Bank.

Wing Bank provides an array of advanced financial products including loans, deposits, micro-savings, credit referral services, money transfers, utilities and insurance payments, supply chain payments and payroll services.

In less than two years since its official launch with a commercial banking licence, Wing Bank has expanded its branch network to eight strategic locations nationwide in addition to its headquarters on Monivong Boulevard in Phnom Penh's Sangkat Boeung Keng Kang III.

In 2022 alone, the bank launched its Independence Monument, Sen Sok, Wat Phnom, Tuol Kork, BoeungTrabek and Preah Yukunthor branches in Phnom Penh, with yet another in Sihanoukville, to fulfil the financial needs of the local community.

With professional staff ready to welcome and serve customers, all branches are well designed, with large parking lots, relaxing waiting areas, cafe lounges and premium meeting rooms.

Located on the corner of Street 1, within walking distance of Spean Thmor Thmey, the newly built branch in Battambang offers full banking services from 8am to 5pm, Mondays to Sundays, providing all customers with access to Wing Bank’s top-class financial products and services even at weekends.

It also is equipped with modern ATMs to cater to customers’ banking needs at any time.
