Prince Happiness Plaza topped out on schedule on February 6, with the pouring of the last batch of concrete after months of hard work.
Prince Real Estate Group (PREG) Vice-CEO Sheng Jiaqian and Shanghai Baoye Deputy GM Xiao Haibo presided over the much-anticipated topping-out ceremony and addressed those in attendance.
In his speech, Sheng expressed his gratitude to the construction companies, Shanghai Baoye and Sinohydro, stating that the topping out of the project would have been impossible without the concerted efforts of all the group's employees and building personnel.
Prince Happiness Plaza rose from a vacant lot with a blueprint full of imagination, he said, with each stage of construction well planned and all the work carried out effectively.
Every detail, each brick and tile laid, echoes the ingenuity of PREG in providing homeowners with high-quality living, he added.
Based on practices to fulfil PREG’s mission of "Building a Better Life", Prince Happiness Plaza will meet the needs of a range of customers, with an emphasis on the preferences of the younger generation looking for new experiences and social interaction.
The condominium complex will offer studios, and one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, as well as other innovative living solutions, with floor plans ranging from 32-247sqm. Types A1 and A2 boast a two-bedroom design set over 76sqm.
Prince Happiness Plaza is offering generous down payments and loan policies enabling customers to afford their ideal home.
