The Embassy of Japan in Phnom Penh presented the Japanese Foreign Minister’s Commendations to several individuals for their outstanding achievements in international fields and to those who promoted better ties between Japan and Cambodia. This year’s recipients were Dr Oum Ravy, vice rector, Royal University of Phnom Penh, Ek Buntha, deputy director-general in charge of Intangible Cultural Heritage, Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts and Takakazu Yamada, Visiting Professor of Faculty of Art, Royal University of Fine Arts.
