GGEAR Group on February 14, 2024, officially launched the “GGEAR Dealer Portal”, enabling, for the first time, business dealers in Cambodia to conveniently place orders for electronic products using their mobile phones.
The official launch of the GGEAR Dealer Portal was celebrated at Raffles Hotel Le Royal, with more than 100 business dealers gathering to test its functionality.
"The GGEAR Dealer Portal is an innovative leap, empowering our business dealers to embrace cutting-edge technologies in their e-commerce operations.
“It serves as a gateway to our digital ecosystem, streamlining operations to deliver enhanced efficiency, neutrality and comprehensive solutions," said Hor Hab, CEO of GGEAR Group.
The GGEAR Group’s GGEAR Dealer Portal is the first app allowing business dealners to experience cutting-edge technology for swift and error-free electronic product distribution transactions.
Ensuring precision in cash transactions, the app offers unparalleled accuracy and neutrality throughout.
Moreover, said Hor Hab, it facilitates an enhanced learning experience for business dealers, particularly those new to the electronics industry, by providing comprehensive insights into the technology powering new products.
The GGEAR Dealer Portal will replace the intricate communication channels between company employees and business dealers, who were previously reliant on outdated systems, he added.
The enhancement will significantly reduce purchase times, simplify expense tracking and monthly order planning, facilitate convenient product selection, and minimise paper usage.
It will in particular foster transparency and accountability among companies, business dealers and the regulatory institutions overseeing tax payments to the government.
Soeung Peng Hour, owner of Lim Nguon Electronics Distribution and a business dealer of GGEAR Group, said the GGEAR Dealer Portal facilitates electronic order communication by reducing processing times, as well as providing easy access to product prices and functions.
It also offers comprehensive insights into all transaction costs within the company.
Heng Theany, CEO of Biz Solution, said extensive analysis had been undertaken in the creation of the app
Prior to launching the GGEAR Dealer Portal, she said, the company conducted extensive analysis of GGEAR Group's business operations and its dealers' needs to ensure the development of the purchasing app delivered genuine convenience and simplicity, while remaining at the forefront of global technological advancements.
She added that businesses in Cambodia are increasingly focusing on product distribution via e-commerce channels.
“Biz Solution has therefore dedicated significant efforts towards developing technology that not only benefits business owners and customers, but also offers ease of use, time efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
“This, as well as being needed by our valued customers, is the goal of our company,” said Heng Theany.
