The Ministry of Health and GX Foundation signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to promote cataract treatment in Cambodia. On the same day, another MoU between Hong Kong Business Association of Cambodia and the GX Foundation was signed for the same purpose. The Hong Kong-based foundation will provide two mobile clinics for surgeries, an ambulance and medical equipment to treat patients in Prey Veng province. Health Minister H.E. Prof Mam Bunheng and GX Foundation’s chairman Leung Chun Ying inked the agreement on Tuesday in the capital.
