Guests enjoyed mouthwatering French cuisine at the first of the ongoing Chef’s Table events as Raffles Hotel Le Royal celebrated the opening of its new Le Phnom 1929 restaurant on Wednesday evening. Elegant yet inclusive, Le Phnom 1929 – a classic Parisian-style brasserie – is open to everyone, offering exciting and affordable dining options. The menu offers classic French fare, while the cellar is stocked with fine wines to savour, with creative cocktails also on offer. With a contemporary interior concept juxtaposed with vintage elements, Le Phnom 1929 is named after the year Le Royal first opened, while the hotel was briefly known as “Le Phnom” during the 1970s.
