The LIXIN CEO Center – Phnom Penh’s first 6A-grade Intelligent Office Building – was the stage for an innovative channel presentation held under the theme “Working to Forge a Win-Win and Innovative Future Together” on August 5.
The gala ceremony was attended by Kevin Hsu, CEO of LIXIN Group, David Pei, sales director of LIXIN CEO Center, channel partners, industry experts, distinguished guests and members of the media.
“LIXIN Group has been deeply involved in Cambodia for nine years, and with the development of the group’s major projects, our pursuit of product quality and detail has never changed.
“The rapid development of Cambodia in recent years is obvious to everyone, with the urban landscape of the capital in particular changing day by day – and with the recovery of the market, it means more and more foreign enterprises are arriving.
“The entry of the CEO Center 6A-Grade Intelligent Office Building as launched by LIXIN will inject fresh blood into the development of business properties in Phnom Penh,” said Hsu.
The focal point of the event was the high luxury LIXIN CEO Center, located in the centre of Phnom Penh adjacent to the Office of the Council of Ministers, and the only 6A-Grade intelligent office building on the Phnom Penh market.
The cutting-edge development boasts a top business centre, an 8.4m-high hotel-style lobby, dedicated enterprise fibre-optic line and five-star business function services, resulting in an unprecedented customised office space.
A unique exhibition created by LIXIN CEO Center in collaboration with Cambodian artist Ponleu Prom made the event extra special.
Alongside a display of his work, Prom’s live painting held everyone’s attention, with a special piece of artwork prepared for guests to add their own unique use of colour giving a sense of ritual to the ceremony.
A high-end cocktail party was carefully prepared, with star-rated, custom-made wine and spirits giving guests a different and thoroughly distinguished experience.
