Phnom Penh Post - Meta reports on Kingdom’s digital tool use

Facebook’s parent company Meta released the “MSMEs and Digital Tool Use amidst the Covid-19 Pandemic” report on Tuesday, which shows how small businesses in the Kingdom navigated the health crisis. Ministry of Economy and Finance undersecretary of state HE Kong Marry presided over the event, which was attended by other government officials, as well as representatives from the public and private sectors. Marry said: “Enterprise digitalisation is one of the three main pillars outlined in the ‘Cambodia Digital Economy and Society Policy Framework 2021-2035’. To this end, the ministry, which is taking a leading role in coordinating this work, has been putting a lot of effort into helping businesses be able to adopt and make use of digital technologies to improve their operations and extend their markets.” PHOTOS SUPPLIED
